Section 1: Account Integrity & Administrative Disclaimers
1.1. Absolute Registration Agreement: Creating an account implies full acceptance of these rules. Ignorance of any clause or failure to read updates does not waive liability for violations.
1.2. Account Stewardship: You are entirely responsible for securing your account data. The Administration is not responsible for any compromised assets or bans resulting from sharing your credentials.
1.3. Third-Party / Real-Money Trading (RMT): Buying, selling, or trading virtual items, gold, or accounts for real-world currency or external assets is strictly prohibited.
The Management bears no liability for scams arising from external deals. The Administration reserves the right to permanently ban the accounts involved without returning any lost items to either party.
1.4. Impersonation & Identity Theft: Mimicking names, guild titles, or logos belonging to other players, well-known guilds, or official staff members (Helpers, GAs, GMs, Admins) is forbidden.
Forced rename + Account suspension for 1 to 3 days depending on severity.
1.5. Proxy Account Actions: Submitting tickets or complaints on behalf of an account that does not belong to you is restricted. Every player must appeal or complain using their own official account.
Section 2: System Exploitation & Automation Control
2.1. Bug & Exploit Governance: Utilizing mechanical flaws, software glitches, or database bugs for personal or group advantage, or withholding knowledge of such bugs from the staff, is prohibited.
Permanent hardware (HWID) and account ban without warning or appeal.
2.2. Unauthorized Software & Interception: The use of macro scripts, external bots, packet modification tools, hardware spoofers, or automated gathering utilities is entirely banned.
Staff members have the absolute right to whisper any active player to verify identity and presence. Failure to respond, immediate disconnection, or ignoring the staff query defaults to a violation.
- 1st Offense: Account ban for 1 Day.
- 2nd Offense: Exile/Jail (Abyss) for 2 Days.
- 3rd Offense: Permanent account termination.
2.3. Virtual Environments & Sandbox Restrictions: Launching or bypassing client execution limits via virtualization software, sandboxes (e.g., Sandboxie, VMware), or modified operating system layers is strictly blocked.
Account restriction or permanent exclusion based on system logs.

3.1. Prohibited Discussion Topics: General chats must remain clear of highly controversial or non-gaming narratives. Discussions involving real-world politics, sectarianism, terrorism, or religious ideologies are banned.
3.2. Degrading Language & Harassment: Direct defamation, explicit/sexual terminology, or using derogatory or animalistic comparisons against other human beings is forbidden.
3.3. Family & Personal Privacy Defamation: Targeting a player's family, lineage, or relatives—whether contextually good or bad—with the intent to mock, insult, or diminish dignity is strictly prohibited. Leaking or utilizing real-life photographs or personal data of any community member is an automatic zero-tolerance violation.
- 1st Offense: Chat mute up to 3 Hours.
- 2nd Offense: Jail (Abyss) up to 2 Days.

3.4. Commercial Competitor Cross-Advertising: Mentioning, advertising, or sharing links/details of other active server projects is banned. (Exception: Closed or historical legacy servers that no longer exist are omitted).
3.5. Channel Enforcement & Chat Conduct: Sarcasm, excessive bragging, or mocking behavior in specialized commercial channels (e.g., Trade Chat) is restricted. All complaints against actions or staff decisions must remain strictly inside the Ticket System. Discussing, rallying, or airing disputes in general chats is a breach of community conduct.
Section 4: Gameplay Integrity & Combat Ethics
4.1. Spatial Exploits & Gate Camp: Attacking players immediately at town gates, spawn points, or immediately following map teleportation where loading disadvantages occur is forbidden.
4.2. Monster Stewardship (Kill Stealing): Competing for or stealing wild targets (Mobs/Bosses) from another player is permitted only if the combat rank differential between both parties is within a maximum of 3 ranks.
4.3. Intentional Project Disruption & Collusion:
- Coordinating illegal alliances or colluding between opposing factions during competitive mass PvP events is banned.
- Systematic griefing or target-locking groups with the designated, proven intent of forcing players to permanently quit the server will be heavily penalized. The Administration reserves the sole authority to audit server metrics to evaluate intent.
4.4. Unsanctioned Financial Economies: Hosting player-run lottery events, gambling rings, or unauthorized virtual prize giveaways without explicit, written administrative approval is banned. All server-wide events must be authorized or operated by designated Event GMs or authorized partner streamers.
Section 5: Rights of the Player (Player Permissives)
5.1. Regulatory Accountability: Every player has the right to initiate a support ticket to request clarification regarding the technical reason behind their mute, jail, or ban duration.
5.2. Remedial Unbans: Players are permitted to request an administrative review or lifting of a restriction if a mutual, verifiable reconciliation has been formally reached and confirmed by the complaining party within a support ticket.
5.3. Administrative Auditing: Players retain the absolute right to file a formal complaint against any administrative helper or team member. Such complaints must be submitted exclusively via the official ticketing system with concrete proof.
5.4. Alternate Communication: In the event of an account restriction, players are permitted to create a new, unbanned Discord account solely for the purpose of contacting management to resolve their case.
Section 6: Administrative Discretion & Authority
6.1. Evidence Standards: The Administration reserves the right to reject any ticket or complaint that contains unclear images, mobile phone camera snapshots of a monitor, or media that fails to show the full uncut game client screen, chat log timeline, and relevant indicators.
6.2. Non-Precedent Exceptions: The Administration reserves the absolute right to choose and apply penalties adequate to any harmful act, even if the specific behavior or scenario is not explicitly documented within these rules.
6.3. Individual Mitigation: Staff members retain the right to issue official, written structural warnings or minor ultimatums to players without immediately deploying hard penalties.
6.4. Diagnostic Privacy: To preserve infrastructure security, protect proprietary anti-cheat heuristics, and maintain data confidentiality, the Management is under no obligation to present system logs or investigative evidence to a player to justify an applied sanction.
