Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. General Provisions & Legal Capacity

1.1. Agreement Scope: This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between the Operator of this gaming infrastructure (the "Operator", "Management", "We") and any individual accessing the website, master account panels, or game servers (the "User", "Player", "You").

1.2. Explicit Acceptance: By registering an account, downloading the client, or utilizing any services provided, you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and annexed sub-rules of this project. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate your connection and delete all associated game files.

1.3. Legal Age Requirement: Users must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements in their country of residence. If you are under 18, you must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or performing any financial transactions. The completion of any purchase confirms that parental consent has been granted.

1.4. Jurisdiction & Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing this entertainment infrastructure complies with the local legislation of their geographic location.

2. Definitions & Infrastructure Roles

2.1. Services: Access to the game server environment, official website, user control panel, and technical support ticketing platforms.

2.2. Virtual Items & Cash Points: Intangible, digital-only tokens or assets made available within the server environment for entertainment purposes. These do not constitute real-world currency or property.

2.3. Project Personnel:

• Game Masters (GM): Authorized administrators with structural privileges tasked with monitoring infrastructure balance, enforcing regulations, and auditing logs.
• Game Advisors (GA): Community support representatives tasked with general player guidance. GAs hold no administrative privileges or access to backend databases.

3. Account Security & Data Identifiers

3.1. Authentication Credentials: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username, email, and password). The Operator will never request a User's plain-text password.

3.2. Account Sharing Policy: Account ownership is strictly individual. The Operator acknowledges only the original registrant. Any actions, losses, character deletions, or terms-of-service violations occurring due to account sharing will not be investigated, reversed, or compensated.

3.3. Technical Tracking: To ensure network security, maintain game integrity, and enforce localized restrictions, the Operator processes hardware identifiers including IP Addresses, Media Access Control (MAC) addresses, and unique Hardware IDs (HWID).

4. User Conduct & Gameplay Restrictions

4.1. Prohibited Third-Party Software: The utilization of any unauthorized external applications, including but not limited to hacks, bots, automated macros, packet injectors, packet spoofers, or memory modifiers, is strictly prohibited. Violation results in an immediate, permanent HWID ban.

4.2. Bug & Exploit Policy: Users are strictly required to report any identified software vulnerabilities, database errors, or mechanical exploits to the Management immediately. Deliberate exploitation or withholding information regarding an exploit for personal or group gain will result in account termination and reversal of all associated assets.

4.3. Communication Standards: Hate speech, harassment, toxic behavioral campaigns, racial or religious slurs, defamation of the project staff, and unauthorized advertising of external third-party services are strictly prohibited across all official communication channels (in-game chats, forums, Discord).

4.4. Gameplay Distortions: Malicious and systematic disruptions of the virtual environment, such as coordinated portal camping, extreme griefing, or dungeon locking designed to permanently block the general player base from progressing, will face disciplinary sanctions up to permanent banishment at the sole discretion of the Operator.

4.5. Naming & Identification Policy: Character, Guild, and Group names must not contain vulgar, highly offensive, political, or religiously insulting terminology. Characters using intentionally obscured names to bypass tracking (e.g., barcode names like "IlllIlllI") will be forced to rename or face suspension.

5. Store, Payment, and Refund Policy (Fulfillment)

5.1. Nature of Goods: All transactions executed within the server store are strictly for intangible, digital products (Virtual Items/Cash Points). The project does not stock, sell, or ship physical or tangible commodities.

5.2. Irrevocable Delivery: Virtual points or items are delivered automatically to the User's designated master account following successful verification from the third-party payment gateway. Once credited, the service is legally deemed fully rendered and consumed.

5.3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All financial contributions, donations, and shop purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. Due to the immediate impact of virtual items on the persistent virtual economy and database structuring, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances except proven technical duplication errors verified solely by server logs within 24 hours of the event.

5.4. Anti-Chargeback Clause: Initiating a payment dispute, financial claim, or chargeback through payment networks (e.g., PayPal, Tebex, Credit Card issuers) without engaging our internal support network first is treated as a fraudulent action. This will trigger immediate and permanent account, IP, and HWID banishment. The Operator reserves the right to present all system connection logs, database delivery confirmations, and signed agreements to financial institutions to contest fraudulent claims.

5.5. Transaction Expenses: Users independently bear all auxiliary fees, currency conversion charges, banking processing costs, or taxes tied to their transaction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

6.1. "As-Is" Provision: The Operator provides all website features, databases, and server infrastructure on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Operator explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uptime, server reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6.2. Total Liability Waiver: Under no circumstances shall the Operator, development team, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the server. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware degradation, internet routing issues, database rollbacks, patch errors, data corruption, or the permanent loss of acquired virtual assets due to server wipe or eventual project closure.

6.3. Disciplinary Action Disclosure: The Operator is under no obligation to present internal server logs, security reports, or confidential anti-cheat diagnostics to a User to justify an administrative ban or disciplinary action.

7. Contract Amendments & Severability

7.1. Modification Right: The Operator reserves the right to update, modify, or rewrite this Agreement at any time to preserve infrastructure compliance or adapt to structural updates.

7.2. Notification Mechanism: Any significant modifications to this policy will be publicized via a website announcement, an account panel alert, or an official communication broadcast. Continued interaction with the project's services post-update signifies definitive confirmation and acceptance of the revised terms.

7.3. Severability Clause: If any section, clause, or paragraph of this Agreement is deemed illegal, void, or legally unenforceable by a competent jurisdiction, that specific element shall be severed from the text. The remaining provisions of this contract shall remain unaffected and retain full legal force and enforceability.
